Important Reminders

• Tech Check:
  We’ll host a speaker tech check on March 4th, 2025, at 6:00 PM EST to ensure everyone is comfortable with the virtual platform. Look out for an email invite soon!
• Day-of Event Logistics:
• Please log in 15 minutes before your session.
• Use the provided Zoom backgrounds for a consistent look.
• Keep your session within the allotted time to maintain the schedule.
• Speaker links will be sent out in an email along with your speaking time.

2. Are there specific formatting requirements for my presentation?
   Yes, please follow these guidelines:

• Use a font size of at least 24pt for readability.
• Choose high-contrast color schemes for accessibility.
• Add alt text to all images and visuals.

3. When will the speaker tech check take place?
   The tech check is scheduled for March 4th, 2025, at 6:00 PM EST. This session will help you familiarize yourself with the virtual platform and ensure your setup is ready for the event.
4. Do I need to use a Zoom background during my session?
   Yes, we encourage all speakers to use the official Zoom backgrounds provided to maintain a consistent and professional look. Download them here.
5. How early should I log in before my session?
   Please log in 15 minutes before your scheduled session time to ensure everything is running smoothly and to address any last-minute concerns.
